Training Tips

  • This is a difficult combination of techniques so it’s ok if you struggle at first.
  • Work on getting each individual technique right first – the koo kar… then the tongue roll. Once they are feeling comfortable, try combining them into this rhythm.
  • Keep your “koo kar” call nice and gentle at first
  • You only need to breathe in a very small amount of air each time
  • If you are getting too full, try to take a smaller breath in rather than skipping breaths
