Training Tips

  • First of all, practice getting the timing and breathing right
  • Next work on the clarity of your sound
  • You only need to breathe in a very small amount of air each time
  • Work on the speed of this rhythm, it sounds great played fast. Always keep in control – once it starts to feel easy, speed it up a little bit
  • If you are getting too full, try to take a smaller breath in rather than skipping breaths
