- When we say “breath”, this means take a circular breath
- When you first start practicing this rhythm, don’t worry about the quality of your sound, just work on getting the timing of your breaths right
- It doesn’t matter if your breathing doesn’t sound good, this is a great exercise to strengthen your circular breathing
- Experiment with the speed of your rhythm
- Make sure you don’t miss any breaths. It’s important to take small regular breaths to keep your lungs full
- Remember, use as little air as you can. You don’t need to BLOW down the didgeridoo – gentle, gentle, gentle
